Ann Maxwell has started eating cereal, and as you can see from the video, it's not her favorite thing. I know, some of you are thinking, "Isn't it a little late to be starting cereal?" However, with her weight gain and night sleeping, the doctor recommended waiting, saying that it was mainly filler and no big deal... so we waited. The following video is from her first foray into cereal. While it's gotten better, she obviously did not start out liking it too much. We thought it was pretty funny. Anyway, Ann Maxwell's half-birthday is coming up in a few days (Can it have been six months already?), and all is well. She continues to hate the car, but she LOVES her ExerSaucer (Thank you Aunt Meredith!), and is creeping across the floor and rolling around everywhere. She is still obsessed with Little Bit (see hilarious video below) and continues to fill our days with smiles and laughter. We are blessed beyond measure to have her in our lives, and every day we simply ask the Lord for more of the same.
My dad's birthday was Sunday, and we went down to NA to celebrate with the family. Happy Birthday Granddaddy! We love you!
Band competition looms, so good luck to all my band children out there! Also, there are several new photos in the uppermost slideshow, so check them out. Ann Maxwell seems to change every day and is growing so fast. She's starting to look less like a baby and more like a little girl all the time. She's discovered her rapidly growing hair and loves to feel it all the time. It's one of the first things she does when she wakes up in the morning, as if to check and make sure it's still there, which is hilarious!
